The increase in Bountiful home sales for the month of March 2012 was 25.81%. There were 31 residential properties sold in March this year compared to the same period a year ago with only 23 residential properties sold.
Prices of homes however have dropped 11.87% from last year's median sold price of $232,500 and original list price of $264,900 to this year's median sold price of $204,900 and original list price of $210,000.
Properties sold have a median dollar per square foot price of $91.49. Median square feet size was 2,450. The average home was equipped with four bedrooms and three baths.
Bountiful Utah Homes that are for sale in the market today totalled 174. About 63 of these properties are under contract listings.
