The home sales in Bountiful real estate market continue to increase in December 2011 with a total of 33 homes sold, up 39.39% from the same time last year's total of 20 homes sold.
Looking back at the median sold price of homes in December 2010 at $159,500 and original list price of $184,950, sales price increase by 25.81 percent to December 2011 median sold price of $215,000 and original list price of $227,900.
The median dollar per square foot price was $77.28. Half of these homes sold were bigger than 2,589 square feet. Typically, the home sold had four bedrooms and three baths.
Bountiful Utah Homes for sale in the market today totalled 190 from 214 total for sale houses last month.
