Bountiful Utah Home Sales still down in July



Bountiful home sales in July this year dropped 12.90 percent with a total of 27 residential houses sold from July 2010 total residential houses sold of 31. 

Prices of these houses decreased year over year 3.92 percent from $204,000 median sold price and $234,900 original list price last year to $196,000 median sold price and $209,900 original list price this year.
Price per square foot of Bountiful homes sold in July this year was at $84.15. Half of these sold homes were bigger than 2,698 square feet. The typical of these houses sold have four bedrooms and three baths.
Bountiful Utah Homes for Sale in the market today totalled 265. Total under contract properties were 52.
